Leash
Leash's primary challenge is establishing trust with pet owners, who don't want just anyone driving their beloved pets. In this promo video, I incorporated the Leash app's UI to demonstrate how owners stay updated and receive photos throughout their pets' rides, and my text animations emphasized the drivers' qualifications. The video is being used for CTV, YouTube, and paid social. For CTV, the video has reached over 26,000 unique households with a 98.6% completion rate.
Keep Fremont Beautiful
Keep Fremont Beautiful's recurring challenge was community members bringing unaccepted hazardous waste to their annual collection event. I created an explainer video to solve this by educating the public on what constitutes household hazardous waste and providing a resource to find out which items are accepted.
I collaborated with Keep Fremont Beautiful's executive director to develop storyboards and a voiceover script, collected and prepared vector assets in Illustrator, and animated the video in After Effects. I chose a bouncy, playful motion style to ensure the message remained engaging for all ages. Beyond educational presentations, the video serves as an awareness tool across social media and CTV in the months leading up to the collection event.
Nebraska Nanoplastics
As part of my capstone at Jacht, I partnered with a UNL research team to create an explainer video about the health risks of nanoplastics. The goal was to translate dense scientific research into three actionable ways to change how people use plastic. I collaborated closely with researchers to simplify complex concepts into a script that felt encouraging and accessible, rather than overwhelming. The video is now a resource for researchers to educate and drive viewers toward more mindful plastic consumption.
